Are you feeling a bit confused and lost? Are the political choices blending into one or seem completely bat s**t crazy? Well yeah, you’re not alone. The world’s political choices seem to be getting weirder. Let’s just take America as an example.
Over here in the U.K. we can see that Trump is the clear favorite, basically how it was during the last election cycle, now whether you believe Trump lost due to fraud or not, what ended up happening is Joe Biden won. This was a bit of a shock to a lot of people in the U.K. not only has old Joe seemingly got dementia, but he’s widely considered to be a “nonce” a British term for a pedophile, the endless videos of Joe going round whispering into little girls ears, smelling their hair, looking at them uncomfortably, and not to mention his many trip to Epstein’s island, make old Uncle Joe’s appointment to arguable the highest office in the western world, a shock and quite frankly, a disgrace.
Now, if you like Trump, or hate Trump, it matters little, he is clearly the better of the two, he doesn’t seem to be a complete nonce, he doesn’t seem to have dementia. Yeah, he’s a little brash, rude, outspoken, but he does provide entertainment in an otherwise dull and boring scene. Trump got quite a bit done during his first term as president, despite what the media might tell you. Look at the link below.

Now this isn’t a post about how great Donald trump is, or that I think he should be president. Because ultimately, I don’t think he should be. I would and indeed, have said that he’s the best pick in the current race. Hands down. But why can’t you guys pick someone who might be a better fit for the office? Is there even such a thing? Can the job be done by anyone, or is it an archaic practice, having supposedly one person at the top of the pyramid?
Here in England, our choices are slim, the country seemingly run by idiots, all of whom attended the same schools, drank the same juice too apparently. It seems obvious to most of us here that the government doesn’t have our best interests at heart, they might think they do, but how could they know what that is? The difference between your average U.K. citizen and a member of parliament is hard to fathom, we come from different worlds, we live by different rules, we talk different, think and feel different. So, to say they represent us is an afront, to every hard-working member of this little kingdom of ours. Conservative or Labour, that’s really our choice. With Labour saying they represent the working man of the country. Which is laughable. It’s quite funny, just as in America, you get die hard believers in the cause, people who support Labour detest the conservatives, calling them Tories, pompous pr**ks. And the conservatives hate the Labour party just as hard. And everyone hates the greens. But the two top parties in the U.K. are the exact same thing, they just wear different colors, they are all friends, all went to the same schools, all wife swap at the end of a hard week.
I believe The Modern Man only really has one choice. Opt-out. Don’t vote. If here at home, and in the states, we all refused to vote. To not cast our ballot to any party. They would surely need to recognize there is a serious issue, a serious disconnect between them and us.
However, if you do vote. I offer you this advice, and I offer this on pretty much any subject matter I can. Do your own research, get as much information as you possibly can, about every side of an issue, story, party, whatever it is, then use your own critical thinking, and reasoning skills to come up with your own opinions and actions. Just because the BBC or CNN said something is true, doesn’t mean it is, and unfortunately in today’s world, it often means the opposite is true.
As we move forward, let’s remember that being a Modern Man in a political world doesn’t mean aligning with a party or a particular ideology. It means seeking truth, finding common ground, and always approaching life with mercy, love, and grace. It’s about being strong enough to stand alone, when necessary, but wise enough to know when to join forces with others for a greater cause.
So, Brothers, I say to you. Stay true to yourselves, think with your head, feel with your heart. And don’t let yourselves be forced to do something you know you shouldn’t do. Approach Politics with a keen eye, and open ears. To navigate the political landscape, it’s crucial to maintain a sense of personal integrity. Don’t let the noise of political rhetoric drown out your own voice. Don’t let the divisiveness of party politics shape your worldview. Be skeptical, be discerning, but most importantly, be yourself.
Faithfully yours.
Jack
